  • Yes. Our goal is to make care as easy and accessible as possible for patients and their families. Most concerns can be handled virtually, but when hands-on care is needed, we can arrange an in-home visit (availability permitting). Pediatric members pay $300 per visit; nonmembers/adults pay $450. Each house call includes a full evaluation, rapid testing, prescriptions if needed, and follow-up care.

  • If your needs can't be fully addressed over the phone, we'll first help determine whether urgent or emergency care is appropriate. From there, we will guide you to a trusted provider and help you take the next best step forward.

  • Members are prioritized and will receive a same-day response—often within minutes. Nonmember availability is limited.

  • For $125/month plus the cost of medication, you’ll receive personalized physician oversight, biometric monitoring, access to highly effective, name-brand GLP-1 medications, support for managing side effects, and direct access for questions or concerns.

  • Without discounts, the retail price for GLP-1 meds can be around $1,000 per month at major pharmacies. Fortunately, our patients pay far less. We help you explore every available option—manufacturer savings programs, pharmacy coupons, and other cost-reducing strategies—so you can access your medication at the most affordable price possible.
