F.A.Q.
Q: What is Doctor Jones Concierge Care?
A: It’s a membership-based, physician-led urgent care service for kids, adults, and busy families in Nashville. Members have direct access to Dr. Jones by phone, text, telehealth, or—in certain cases—an in-home visit. No call centers, no long waits, and no surprise bills.
Q: Do you replace my primary care doctor?
A: No. We complement your existing care. We focus on urgent medical needs, straightforward adult concerns, medical weight loss, and in-home aesthetics (coming soon)—but we do not offer routine vaccinations, provide long-term primary care, or manage chronic conditions.
Q: Who will I be talking to when I reach out?
A: You’ll connect directly with Dr. Jones or her trusted nurse practitioner, Jessica Myatt—both experienced emergency medicine providers who deliver fast, thoughtful, and practical care.
Q: How much does membership cost for children?
A:
1 child – $100/month
2 children – $175/month
3 children – $250/month
4+ children – $300/month
Membership includes unlimited phone/text access to Dr. Jones and telehealth visits. House calls are available for $300 per visit.
Q: Do you offer services for adults who aren’t members?
A: Yes. Adults and nonmembers can access care on an à la carte basis:
Quick phone consult – $50
Prescription submission – $50
Telehealth visit – $125
House call – $450
(All house calls include prescription management and rapid testing when indicated.)
Q: Do you take insurance?
A: No. We are a direct-pay practice. This means no insurance billing, no hidden fees, and transparent, upfront pricing. You may utilize your insurance for medications, imaging, and labs.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept:
A: We accept ACH and all major credit cards with no added fees. Membership discounts are provided for paying annually.
Q: What kinds of issues can you treat?
A: We handle most urgent, non-emergency concerns, including:
Fevers
Respiratory infections
Sore throats and strep
Ear infections
Rashes
Minor orthopedic injuries (such as sprains, strains, or suspected simple fractures)
Lacerations
Urinary tract infections
Simple skin issues
We’re happy to discuss any medical concern—big or small. For life-threatening emergencies, call 911 or go to the nearest ER. If you’re unsure, reach out and we’ll help determine the best next step.
Q: How do I get in touch when I need help?
A: Members text or call Dr. Jones directly for urgent concerns. From there, we decide together whether a phone consult or telehealth visit, or in-person visit is best.
Q: Do you offer house calls?
A: Yes. Our goal is to make care as easy and accessible as possible for patients and their families. Most concerns can be handled virtually, but when hands-on care is needed, we can arrange an in-home visit (availability permitting). Pediatric members pay $300 per visit; nonmembers/adults pay $450. Each house call includes a full evaluation, rapid testing, prescriptions if needed, and follow-up care.
Q. What if you can't resolve my concern virtually and a house call is not immediately available?
A. If your needs can't be fully addressed over the phone, we'll first help determine whether urgent or emergency care is appropriate. From there, we will guide you to a trusted provider and help you take the next best step forward.
Q: How quickly will you respond?
A: Members are prioritized and will receive a same-day response—often within minutes. Nonmember availability is limited.
Q: What does the medical weight loss program include?
A: For $125/month plus the cost of medication, you’ll receive personalized physician oversight, biometric monitoring, access to highly effective, name-brand GLP-1 medications, support for managing side effects, and direct access for questions or concerns.
Q: How much does Zepbound and Wegovy cost?
A: Without discounts, the retail price for GLP-1 meds can be around $1,000 per month at major pharmacies. Fortunately, our patients pay far less. We help you explore every available option—manufacturer savings programs, pharmacy coupons, and other cost-reducing strategies—so you can access your medication at the most affordable price possible.
Q: Do you guarantee weight loss?
A: No. Results vary, and medication works best with lifestyle changes. Our goal is to support healthy, sustainable improvements, not quick fixes.
Q: Are there risks or side effects to the weight loss program?
A: Common side effects may include headache, nausea, GI upset, or fatigue. Rare risks like pancreatitis or thyroid issues will be reviewed in detail before starting.
Q: What aesthetic services will you offer?
A: Planned services include:
Neurotoxins like Botox
Dermal fillers
Prescription-strength skincare
Medical hair restoration support
Q: What if I have an emergency?
A: Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. We do not treat emergencies.
Q: Is my information kept private?
A: Yes. We comply with HIPAA and handle all patient communication securely.
Q: How do I sign up?
A: Select the membership or service you want on our website, enter your payment information, and follow the prompts. You’ll receive a welcome message with instructions to complete your registration and gain access to our private patient line.
