Meet Doctor
Brittany Jones
I’m a dual board-certified pediatrician and emergency medicine physician with over a decade of experience keeping kids healthy and parents sane, especially when the unexpected happens.
I trained at Cornell for Pediatrics and completed a Pediatric Emergency Medicine fellowship at Mount Sinai in New York City. (Yes, it was intense. Yes, I loved it.) I earned my MD from East Tennessee State University, after graduating summa cum laude from Vanderbilt with a degree in Chemistry. I’m also a proud Nashville native and Lipscomb Academy alum.
Beyond the credentials, I’m a mom of three and married to an orthopedic surgeon who occasionally serves as my in-house consultant. So when I say I understand what it’s like to juggle a sick child, a busy household, and a demanding schedule, I truly mean it.
For years, friends and family have come to me for practical, timely medical advice, texting about fevers, rashes, injuries, or just needing help deciding what to do next. I realized this kind of accessible, thoughtful care shouldn’t be reserved for those who know me personally. So, I built a practice around it.
While my primary expertise is pediatric care, I also support parents with straightforward adult concerns and offer aesthetic and wellness services designed to help people feel their best at every age.
Meet My Practioners
The practice may carry my name, but great care is always a team effort. These women are clinicians I’ve worked beside for years in high-acuity ERs, and I trust them completely, with my patients and with my own family. Each brings vast experience and a shared commitment to thoughtful, practical care for the families we serve.
Jessica Myatt, FNP
A board-certified Family NP with expertise in both adult and pediatric emergency medicine as well as primary care. Like me, Jessica was born and raised in Middle Tennessee.
She received her BSN and Master’s from Austin Peay on a full academic scholarship, graduating with honors. We’ve worked side by side in the pediatric ER for nearly a decade, and I trust her clinical judgment and procedural skills without hesitation. Jessica is the first person I call when I need advice about my own children, because even doctors need backup.
At home, she’s the wife of a firefighter and mom to two beautiful towheads. Like the rest of our team, she understands the realities of busy family life firsthand and brings that same practicality, empathy, and efficiency to the care she provides our families.
Meggie Hadley, PNP
A Pediatric NP with an advanced clinical skillset in caring for children. She earned her BSN from Belmont University and her Master’s from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Meggie is also a native-Nashvillian.
She began her career at Vanderbilt Children’s and has practiced independently as a board-certified NP for more than a decade, with most of that time spent in high-acuity pediatric emergency settings. We have worked together for years managing everything from routine childhood illnesses to complex emergency cases. Meggie is clinically sharp, steady under pressure, and honestly, just a delight to be around.
She is married to an emergency medicine physician, and together they are raising three children, eight sheep, and twenty-two cows on their family farm just north of Nashville.
Kayce Gaw, FNP
A board-certified Family NP with extensive experience in emergency medicine. Like the rest of the team, Kayce is a born-and-raised Nashvillian, completing our team of Nashville-native unicorns. She earned both her BSN and Master’s from Belmont before beginning her career in the Pediatric ER at Vanderbilt.
Kayce and I have worked synchronously in multiple local ERs caring for patients across the full spectrum of medical concerns. She brings calm confidence to patient interactions, and I have long trusted her judgment at the bedside.
Kayce and her husband, who works in real estate, are raising three impossibly adorable children in Nashville. Like the rest of us, she knows firsthand the art of the hustle. She understands how busy families actually live and brings that clarity and practicality to the care she provides.
