Designed for families who value ease and access to high-quality care, our Family Concierge Plan covers all children in the household plus up to two adults for $450 per month.
Members enjoy constant access to Dr. Jones via text and phone, unlimited consultations, prescriptions, and telemedicine, along with priority scheduling and discounted in-home visits at $300 per house call or all sick or urgent care needs.
Qualifying adults also receive physician-guided GLP-1 support for a thoughtful, medically supervised approach to wellness.
