Designed for families who value ease and access to high-quality care, our Family Concierge Plan covers all children in the household plus up to two adults for $450 per month.

Members enjoy constant access to Dr. Jones via text and phone, unlimited consultations, prescriptions, and telemedicine, along with priority scheduling and discounted in-home visits at $300 per house call or all sick or urgent care needs.

Qualifying adults also receive physician-guided GLP-1 support for a thoughtful, medically supervised approach to wellness.

    • Recommendations for OTC meds and devices

    • Prescription submission if medically indicated

    • Coordination of outpatient labs and imaging as appropriate

    • Triage and help deciding if an urgent care or ER visit is truly necessary

      • A thorough medical evaluation

      • Development of a treatment plan

    In-Home IV Hydration – Starting at $170

    • MD-directed intravenous fluids administered in the comfort of your home

    • Designed to support hydration, physiologic balance, and symptom relief

    • Select medical additives available when clinically appropriate

    • May be scheduled with an urgent care visit or as a standalone service

Pediatric Concierge

Members get unlimited phone and text access to a dual board-certified pediatrician and emergency medicine physician (that’s me).

House calls can be scheduled when clinically appropriate for a flat rate of $300. Annual members enjoy a bonus month on the house.

I partner with families to troubleshoot unexpected medical concerns quickly, clearly, and without the usual red tape.
